“We are really using the new tools GNLD has created for Distributors.We especially use the GNLD Lead Program all the time, and I love it! I can narrow my requests for leads to just my area,” explains Nada. “That way, it is easier for me to personally invite people to one of our GNLD Experience meetings, and they can meet others from the same area.” Nada and her team have even re-structured their popular GNLD Experiences. “We now make them more specific. Our product topics may focus on Children's Health, Digestion, or Weight Loss. And, of course, we always include the GNLD Opportunity!”
Making the best of their own GNLD Opportunity, both Nada and Gilles have been able to focus on family life and building their dream home. But even though this dynamic duo has achieved great things for themselves and their children, they readily admit their success is the result of steady teamwork-which is why they consistently use the actions of a few team members to impact their entire team. “There are lots of ways in which many benefit from the actions of a few,” Nada confirms. “Leadership School is a great example. And by having [Emerald Directors] Michael and Brenda Nother present their experience at our Senior Manager/Director Seminar, everyone in the room is inspired. By creating enthusiasm within our team, new people benefit, and so do our Distributors who have been with the team for a number of years. Excitement flows to all areas of the team.”
